Tempo Offense

Why Tempo the offense?

• It makes a bad offensive line better in the 2nd and 4th quarter.
• If you have slower twitch players going faster gives them an advantage. 
• Never huddle as it is a waste of practice time 
• It allows defensive coaches and players the time to regroup and think.
• Play faster than a defense can react.
• You don't have to condition your team as much unless you have a ton of two way players can spend more practice time on  position specific/ football specific drills and conditioning
